General Cleanliness Practices:

~No toys or magazines in lobby

~Reward shelf prizes kept at front desk instead of out on shelf

~Inside and outside door handles wiped down each hour

~Phones wiped down after each use

~Employees with any symptoms are to stay home

~Any person at the center will be sent home immediately if they are coughing or displaying other symptoms

~All staff must wash hands with soap and water prior to exiting the center

Entering the Center:

~All staff, students, parents must wear masks if entering the center

~All staff verbally/visually screened for symptoms prior to entering

~All staff immediately wash hands with soap and water

Student Drop-Off

~Drop off at front entrance—no more than 5 minutes prior to hour

~Students stay six feet apart while waiting for entry

~All students will be verbally/visually screened for symptoms prior to entering

~All students immediately sanitize hands

Student Pick-Up

~Students will exit through the back door with A+ Staff.

~Parents pick up at the side of the building

~All students sanitize hands prior to leaving the premises

~Students stay six feet apart while waiting for parent pick up

During Instruction:

~Instruction will be held at alternating tables to keep students spread out

~Computer carrells will be limited and wiped down after each use

~Students will use acetate sheets over materials. These will be soaked in cleaning solution after each session

~Instructors will be aware of how many students are getting materials at once. Limit 2 students in materials area at a time.

~Office Assistant will bring by hand sanitizer midway through the hour to each staff and student’

~Hand sanitizer will be available for all students throughout the hour

After Each Hour of Instruction:

~Pencils/markers collected for sanitizing

~Acetate sheets collected and soaked

~Keyboards and carrells wiped down

~Tables wiped down

~Chairs wiped down

~Lobby wiped down

~Foosball table wiped down

End of Day:

~All tables wiped down

~All chairs wiped down

~All desk areas wiped down

~All door handles wiped down

~Couch and chairs in lobby sprayed

~All light switches wiped down

~All phones wiped down

~Acetate sheets wiped and dried
